Alyse Hill and Lindsee McKinnon are sisters-in-law who share a love for music, children, and teaching. Alyse's strong piano background coupled with Lindsee's vocal experience make them a perfect pair!Songbird School of Music was created with the concept of teaching young children the value that music theory holds in a musicians skill set. Offering classes for children ages 3 through 5 in the Gilbert/Mesa area, our mission is to teach pitch, rhythm, dynamics, keyboard fingering, and many more music theory concepts while involving exciting games and songs. Our classes are a great way to implement music theory as a foundation at a young age and to prepare children for more specific music lessons down the road--all while having fun!
We also offer a fun Sing-along class. It's an exciting class full of songs, instruments, choreography, and an end-of-class concert so the kids can perform for friends and family.
Our Summer Sing-Along program is quite the production! Similar to our Fall/Spring Sing-Along classes, we teach the children songs with choreography and end the term with a big on-stage show complete with a theme where friends and family can come see your child's performance.
